So, how are you, really?

(And when was the last time you gave a thoughtful answer to that question?)

What if you had the tools and support you need to pause, go within, and reorient?

That’s where we come in. We’re integrative psychiatrists, which means that we studied intensively for over a decade to be able to bring you the best wisdom from western medicine, holistic wellness, and psychotherapy.

We live for this, and we’re here for you.

OUR APPROACH

We’re integrative psychiatrists

who share an approach that’s grounded in compassion, holding a vision of what’s possible for you, and guiding you in taking gentle, practical steps in the direction you want to go.

We can help you to deeply understand your story, see the underlying cyclical patterns, and the confluence of factors that led to this point— biological, psychological, social, spiritual, relational, and environmental.

We create a personalized pathway for what comes next, through the lens of good, solid, evidence-informed medicine and psychotherapy, on a foundation of holistic wellness approaches and mind-body practices.

Here’s how we help:

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

01

  • You’ll fill out a quick form and have a brief phone call with the psychiatrist you’d like to see. If it feels like a good fit, you’ll schedule your Comprehensive Intake appointment.

02

  • You’ll fill out an extensive questionnaire and send that back to your psychiatrist a week ahead of your appointment so she can prepare.

03

  • SESSION LENGTH: 2 HOURS

This is the first video call where you’ll share your story and your psychiatrist will be listening and asking nuanced questions. We’ll want to know more about what you’re struggling with, your health history, the important people in your life, your nutrition and physical activity, what really matters to you, and what you’re looking for now. You’ll leave this session with a personalized plan, which might include lab tests, written logs to track symptoms, and recommendations on lifestyle, nutrition, mind-body practices, psychotherapy, supplements, and medications.

04

  • SESSION LENGTH: 30 or 45 MINUTES

(Weekly, every other week, or monthly)

These are sessions where we’ll look at what’s come up and how you’ve been feeling since we last met. We’ll do psychotherapy and we’ll also review any lab results, medications, supplements, etc. We’ll consider what’s working well for you and what isn’t, and refine your plan.

  • Comprehensive 2-hour Intake: $1250

Follow-up session fees range from $250-500 depending on the service provided.

  • We provide our patients with a high level of personalized care. In order to offer our best work to you, we don’t directly work with any insurance companies.

If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be reimbursed for a percentage of the fees after you meet your deductible.
