Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m Dr. Rose Sivilli, and I believe that mental health is about more than just treating symptoms – it's about empowering you to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life.
My approach to psychiatry is integrative, which means that I draw on a range of modalities and techniques (including therapy, nutrition/supplementation, mindfulness practices, sleep analysis and medication management when appropriate) to help my patients achieve their goals.
I believe in addressing both the biological and psychosocial factors that contribute to mental health conditions, and I’ll work closely with you to develop a thoughtful, personalized treatment plan that reflects your unique needs and preferences.
Who I work with:
If you’re looking for high quality mental health care— a psychiatrist who will deeply listen to you and all of your challenges while also supporting you to create a deep, meaningful change— you’re in the right place.
I commonly work with people who are dealing with depression, bipolar, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, OCD, and more. I also have specialized training in reproductive and women’s mental health, and I support people through infertility, PCOS, PMDD, and menopause. I love helping people through big life transitions— whether it’s starting college, navigating relationships, becoming a parent, affirming your authentic gender identity, or finding your way through a loss.
If you’re struggling and you don’t have words for what you’re experiencing, that’s completely okay. I’m here to support you, and we can figure it out together.
I know that seeing a psychiatrist, especially for the first time or if you haven’t had great experiences with mental health providers in the past, can feel daunting. But, I promise it doesn’t have to be.
When you have the guidance of a holistic psychiatrist who really sees you, understands what you’re going through, and gives you personalized support, you can move in the direction you want to go.
What Our Patients Are Saying
Here’s how I help:
HOW IT WORKS
01
-
You’ll fill out a quick form and have a brief phone call with me. If it feels like a good fit, you’ll schedule your Comprehensive Intake appointment.
02
-
You’ll fill out an extensive questionnaire and send that back to me a week ahead of your appointment so I can prepare.
03
-
SESSION LENGTH: 2 HOURS
This is where you’ll share your story and I’ll be listening and asking nuanced questions. I’ll want to know more about what you’re struggling with, your health history, the important people in your life, your nutrition and physical activity, what really matters to you, and what you’re looking for now. You’ll leave this session with a personalized plan, which might include lab tests, written logs to track symptoms, and recommendations on lifestyle, nutrition, mind-body practices, psychotherapy, supplements, and medications.
04
-
SESSION LENGTH: 30 or 45 MINUTES
(Weekly, every other week, or monthly)
These are sessions where we’ll look at what’s come up and how you’ve been feeling since we last met. We’ll do psychotherapy and we’ll also review any lab results, medications, supplements, etc. I’ll consider what’s working well for you and what isn’t, and refine your plan.
-
Comprehensive Intake (includes 2 hours of session time, plus preparation): $1250
Follow-up Session fees range from $250-500 depending on the service provided.
-
I provide my patients with a high level of personalized care. In order to offer my best work to you, I don’t directly work with any insurance companies.
If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be reimbursed for a percentage of the fees after you meet your deductible.
Our Values
-
We’re here to accept you, no matter what. You’re inherently worthy, and you always deserve compassion, respect, and dignity. We listen to your story without judgment, and we help you access your own self-compassion so you can find the hidden gems– the gifts you carry inside that can carry you forward. We’re here to listen and help, not label and judge.
-
It’s not easy to look for what’s true, with clear vision and an open heart. To turn towards the parts of yourself that are hurting, or hurting others. To stay with yourself through doubt and uncertainty, and stay curious about new possibilities. To lose your way, and try again. We’re here to support your small, brave, everyday acts of courage.
-
We’re here to help you take responsibility for yourself so you can contribute your gifts to the greater good. When you’re connected to yourself, you're better able to connect with other people and serve the communities and causes that matter to you.
